Booking Conditions

1.A completed registration form together with full payment must be sent to ‘Expotel’ (who is administering registrations on behalf of the Centre for Anaesthesia UCL/ICSI Dingle Conference). A signed registration form constitutes a firm booking.
2.Bookings may also be made by telephoning ‘Expotel’ but payment must be made in full by credit card or on-line via www.dingleconference.co.uk.
3.All payments, including credit card, are in sterling.
4.Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment is sent by email unless otherwise requested.
5.We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not made six weeks prior to the conference taking place. Any outstanding payment becomes the responsibility of the signatory made on the reservation form.
6.Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate may attend as long as this is received in writing no less than 7 days prior to the first day of conference (6th October 2010).
7.Cancellations on or before 31st August 2010 will be refunded in full less a £40 administration fee plus if you have paid by credit card you will also be charged 6% of the total refund - this is the credit card administration fee.
8.There will be no refunds on or after the 1st September 2010.
9.We reserve the right to change the conference speakers and session titles and timings at any time.
10.All speakers have been invited to speak at the time of print (final talk titles to be confirmed).
11.Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation.
12.Registration fee includes entrance to meeting, any conference documentation, refreshments in breaks indicated on agenda and on the days registered for only.
13.Queries regarding registration should be directed to ‘Expotel’.
14.We take no responsibility for non-attendance due to adverse weather, transport or other elements beyond our control and no refunds will be available.
15.The complementary transfer service to/from KERRY AIRPORT and Dingle which MUST BE BOOKED via us. This service is organized by the Conference, not the airport or the hotel. Please ensure you book and confirm this with us no later than 1st October 2010.
16.A transfer service from Cork to Dingle with a minimal service charge (£30) is available. This will be at limited times (to service as many flights as possible without too much waiting time for delegates). And MUST BE BOOKED BY 1st October 2010. Please contact us for more information and to arrange pick up.
17.Letter of Invitation: Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can request one from Expotel. To receive a Letter of Invitation, participants must first register to the Conference and submit payment in full. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Conference organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the participant.
18.Visa Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take care of his/her visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Participants should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
